DESCRIPTION:Dans le cadre de nos travaux autour de la restauration collective\, avec le soutien de la DRAAF Nouvelle-Aquitaine et en partenariat technique avec INTERBIO\, nous lançons des temps d’échanges qui nous permettront de travailler de manière approfondie sur certains critères EGAlim qui posent question\, comme les notions d’équivalence\, de performances en matière de protection de l’environnement/développement des approvisionnements directs. \nObjectif : production de documentation « avis d’expert » permettant une analyse détaillée de 2 critères EGAlim sous le prisme commande publique \nPour qui ? acheteurs publics ayant une bonne connaissance des marchés en restauration collective (fournitures et services) \n  \nLa 2nde réunion se tiendra en visio mercredi 10 décembre de 10h à 12h. \nElle sera consacrée au critère « performances en matière de protection de l’environnement/développement des approvisionnements directs ». \n  \n  \n
